A small fee will be payable. Return Policy:

 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call 1-877-506-8667 for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.  Products that have been abused may not be returned under any circumstances. All other products can be exchanged or refunded, based on your original method of payment, within 30 days of the original purchase. All sales are finale after 30 days. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories and manuals that was included with the product. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form for shipment. ACD Engines Inc.  is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the process of shipping. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Purchases not returnable custom engine builds and special orders.

.Core Charge Policy:

To receive full core credit, All cores must be returned by 30 days of date of invoice. All parts and engines must be the same part number and model purchased on original invoice. All cores must be in rebuildable condition. All cores must be drained of all fluids. If fluids are not drained, purchaser  will be responsible for all clean up and EPA charges.

Limited Warranty Information:

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. All products are sold with the original manufacturer's warranty. Please note that warranty periods and services vary from manufacturer and product. All injectors and injection pumps have a 6 month Warranty from date of purchase. All turbochargers have a 90 day warranty. Failure to install a new oil supply on new or remanufactured turbocharger will void all and any warranty. Proof of new supply line must be provided. Stock engines have a 1 Year 50000 mile warranty on parts only.

All products returned to ACD Engines Inc. for warranty consideration must be shipped freight prepaid. Any collect shipments will not be accepted. All engine and gasket kits are not returnable if opened. Purchaser must provide written notice of the nature of the defect to ACD Engines Inc. Purchaser must provide adequate means of operating and testing of product in question. Purchaser shall allow a reasonable amount of time to remedy defect. A valid proof of purchase must accompany the retuned product.  Progressive damage from any product is no covered. 


No warranty policy .Purchaser understands and recognizes that high performance engines and products sold by ACD Engines Inc. are exposed  to many and varied conditions due to the manner in the way they are installed and used.  Any work initiated without prior Authorization from ACD Engines Inc. Failures resulting from any use or installation which ACD Engines Inc. judges improper. Failures resulting from attachments, accessory items and parts not recommended by ACD Engines Inc. Failures resulting from abuse, neglect and /or improper repair and overheating. Warranty is void if engine heat sensor is removed  from engine. Warranty is void if tamper seal is broken. All used, new surplus and electrical parts are sold as is no warranty. All used , surplus and electrical parts are sold as is no warranty.
